Shipping Terms

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. In such event, please file a claim with the courier responsible for delivering your package. 

Returns and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your order arrives with a defect, please email us at info@beachdaypress.com within a week of your receipt of your order. Please provide images or video clearly showing the defect, along with a detailed description of the defect. If we determine that there is a quality issue, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
